Professional Development Opportunity

Interdisciplinary Data Literacy

The Oregon Coast STEM Hub is providing professional development in data literacy for middle school educators. Teachers are required to participate in pairs, with one being a math teacher and the other from a different subject area. While it is preferred that both partners come from the same school, we understand the challenges of our rural region and can help connect participants with a partner if needed.

Please note that there is space for just 16 participants - 8 math teachers and 8 partners. If we have more than 16 people apply, decisions will be made based on geography (we hope to have representation from across the entire region), responses to the final question in this survey, and those who can commit to all dates. The deadline for applications is October 31, 2024.
