Renewable Energy Challenge Workshop

Program Details

Come and learn about the 2026 Oregon Coast Renewable Energy Challenge!  This year's challenge is scheduled for March 12, 2026 and has three open divisions (wind, wave and solar).  In this short virtual workshop we will share pointers on how your students can build devices powered by water, wind and light.  Develop new methods to engage your students in engineering, problem solving and technology while learning about renewable energy. Educators will have the opportunity to chat with KidWind experts about the challenge and learn about the build process. In addition, the STEM Hub will share more information about the wave and solar divisions  as well as competition logistics.
