Working Groups (3+)

Work Groups turn strategic planning into specific strategies. Work Groups may be standing or ad hoc, depending on need. Standing Work Groups will focus on the north, central and south coast gather around key elements of the Leadership Council's broader plan and engage in a continuous process of planning and doing, grounded in constant feedback around what is or is not working.

At the January 20, 2017 meeting of the Leadership Council, a new Governance Framework for the Oregon Coast STEM Hub was approved. Soon that document will be available on this page and the language describing the structure and duties of the Working Groups will appear here.
